I have not been in a blogging mood lately, I am not sure why.  This week has flown by - I can't believe it's Friday already!  I am so happy the weekend is here!

Good news - Our painting is complete and looks great! :)  It feels nice to finally have some color on the walls.  After we get a few more things done I will be posting before and afters.   

Bryan and I have a lot to do around the house though, especially now that the painting is done!!!  We're having our housewarming party on May 31 and there are some things we would really like to do before that happens.

Here a brief list:

-Hang pictures on the walls

-Hang window treatments

-Power wash and seal the deck

-Weed/landscape/plant flowers

-Get a lawnmower and revive our grass

-Complete the spare bedroom

-Paint or wallpaper the downstairs bathroom

-Paint the upstairs bathroom

-Finish painting all of the doors

I think that is it, for the most part...  It seems like a lot when you list it out!! Yikes!

Tomorrow morning I am going to Eastern Market in Detroit with Katie and my dad, so hopefully I will find a few more pretty flowers and/or herbs.  Tomorrow afternoon I would like to do all of the landscaping and planting, since Bryan will be working on the deck tomorrow.  Sunday's Mother's Day at my parents, so it's undetermined how much we'll get done then.  I will have an updated on Monday!
