I dined at the On The Border in Auburn Hills last week, the one at Great Lakes Crossing.  My expectations were not high.  Actually, they were high but I was expecting the worst.  I have eaten at On The Border three times before, all at the location in Novi, MI.  Each time was awful.  The last time was two years ago now and I had warned people that I did not like the place and the foods no good.  True to itself, the service was so incredibly poor.  On top of that not one person received the correct meal.  They slightly redeemed themselves by comping the entire check - alcohol and all.  If only I had been 21... :)  Anyways, that's why I dislike On The Border so much.  I had never had a good experience.

Last week, though, I think On The Border redeemed itself.  Maybe it was the different location, but I will definitely go again.  Our meals were really good, and I had a pretty good margarita as well.  Yum!  So I am happy to report that I finally had a pleasant On The Border experience.
