So I started tackling one of my August goals this morning - taking the stairs at work. It wasn't too bad. Well, it's not too bad now. When I was on flight five it was a little intense. My legs were buring a bit, and when I made it to my desk I was breathing a little heavy.
I am looking on the positive side though - next week, after doing this approximately twice a day (morning, lunch) it shouldn't be such a struggle. I am excited for that!
